Collection and processing of data
We process the data you provide to us as a customer in order to carry out pre-contractual measures and to fulfil the contract, as well as for marketing purposes. Legal bases are Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract), Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in marketing) and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent).
Use and disclosure of data
We use your data only to process the contract, answer your enquiries, for accounting and billing purposes and for technical administration. We pass on personal data only where required to perform the contract or where you have given your consent. Data is deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose, subject to statutory retention periods (generally 7 years for accounting data).
Contacting us
If you contact us via the form or by e-mail, the data you provide is stored for six months to process your enquiry. This data is not passed on without your consent.
Server log files
The provider automatically collects information in server log files (browser, operating system, referrer, IP address, time of access). This data cannot be assigned to specific individuals and serves the technically error-free and secure operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Cookies
We use technically necessary session cookies (e.g. to store your language choice) and – only with your consent – cookies for statistics and marketing. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser; some functions may then be limited.
Google Analytics
Where you have consented via our cookie banner, this website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics uses cookies to analyse the use of the website.
- Purpose: evaluation of website use, reporting and improvement of our services.
- Data: shortened IP address, device and browser information, pages visited, time on site, approximate location, date and time.
- IP anonymisation: your IP address is shortened within the EU/EEA and thereby anonymised.
- Legal basis: your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Retention: data is automatically deleted after 14 months.
Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; EU standard contractual clauses additionally apply. Your rights
You have the rights to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal and objection. You may lodge a complaint with us (office@tagger.at) or with the supervisory authority, the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
